Teachers already capture the moment. The slow part is writing a parent-facing update that matches the photo, sounds like your centre, and does not invent details. That is the job Write with AI is built for: a first draft from a short note, up to four photos, or both.

The draft prefills the activity feed form. Staff still review and post. Nothing reaches the parent feed until a person taps Post.

What Write with AI actually drafts

For activities, Write with AI can suggest type, title, and notes from the teacher's description and from what is clearly visible in attached photos. Mood and meal amount fill only when the note or photo clearly supports them.

Staff can also draft a progress summary from their own observations: title, summary, strengths, and next focus. Parents see that summary only after Publish. Write with AI also drafts internal staff notes, direct messages, and broadcasts. Parents never see the Write with AI button. Families still tap Translate when they want another language.

What it does not do

If a vendor claims AI analyses every day's activities into a termly report, ask what data is actually used to write that draft. In DaycareMate, progress drafts start from what the teacher types.
